Returns Policy

At www.heatonsstores.com we aim to provide a returns policy that is totally hassle-free for you. The following returns policy applies to full or partial returns excluding gift cards.

When you purchase online at www.heatonsstores.com you have a statutory right to cancel your entire order up to 7 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period.

 In addition to this cooling-off period, Heatons offer a refund on items should you change your mind about any purchase made online within 28 days of receipt*.

 Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment card; if you do not have the original payment card we can offer you a refund onto a Heatons gift card.

Items purchased on our Republic of Ireland online store can be returned to our Northern Ireland stores in accordance with Heatons current commercial exchange rate to the sterling price. Items purchased on our Northern Ireland online store can be returned to our Republic of Ireland stores in accordance with Heatons current commercial exchange rate to the euro price.
*Excludes Underwear, CD's, DVD's, Gaming Console Games, this does not affect your statutory rights.

 Returns procedure

To return an item purchased online you can use one of the options below:

Option 1: Return to any Heatons store
Simply ask any member of staff who will assist you.

Option 2: Postal service

All returns are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

Items must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase. To improve the processing of your returned item(s);
1. Ensure the goods are repackaged in their original packaging.

2. Complete the returns form enclosed with your order delivery and enclose with your items. Alternatively include the following details with your return; order number, order details, reason for return.

3. Peel off the pre- printed returns label and affix to the outside of your package.

Your refund will be issued once the return has been received by us. Please allow up to 14 days for your account to be credited. Please return proof of postage. The original and returns delivery charge will not be refunded if an item is unwanted, this does not apply during the cooling off period.

Any breakages/damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

The above policy does not apply for items purchased in store and does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation policy

When you purchase online at www.heatonsstores.com you have a statutory right to cancel your entire order up to 7 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period. A full refund will be issued upon return of the entire order. If you decide to cancel your order with www.heatonsstore.com you must advise in writing to the address below or to online@heatonsstores.com quoting the order reference number. The entire order must be returned at your cost.
