Delivery is free on all online orders over €30 for a limited period.
Standard delivery
Delivery is free on all online orders of any value if you opt to collect from one of our stores. Click here to view our stores. Delivery is free on all online orders over €50, orders less than or equal to €50 will be charged at €5 (including vat), regardless of the amount of items being delivered.
Standard delivery service and arrangements
Delivery to Republic of Ireland can only be accepted for orders processed through our Republic of Ireland online store. (Delivery to Northern Ireland can only be accepted for orders processed through our Northern Ireland online store.)
Items are delivered within five working days of your order being placed. Click here to track the status of your orders using your email address and order reference. Items are delivered from Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Exact delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed. Items are delivered by our courier partner, Fastway Couriers. Gift cards are despatched as part of your order. Orders that include only gift cards will be dispatched via registered post. At the checkout stage of the order process you will be offered the option to leave safe delivery instructions; if for any reason you may be out when your delivery arrives then you can leave an instruction, such as leave with neighbour or leave securely at the back of the house. A card will be put through your door stating where the order is and also the time the delivery driver called. If you or the intended recipient is not available our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they tried to deliver, please follow the instructions to collect your item(s) or rearrange delivery. Additional delivery attempts will be charged seperately. Items will be delivered in the same order. If you would like to have items sent to a separate address please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will apply to each order. We reserve the right to deliver to PO boxes and communal postal addresses. You will be notified if this instance occurs. International delivery (outside of the Island of Ireland) is not available.
We reserve the right to restrict these services and amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability and delivery location.
Order changes and cancellation
You can cancel an order, products and associated delivery details if it hasn't been dispatched. We accept order changes and cancellation requests made before 7am the day after the order placement. Please contact: Buy4Now Helpdesk

Producer Recycling Fund (PRF)
The price of electrical items includes a contribution to a producer recycling fund (PRF) to ensure that electrical and electronic waste is recycled in a responsible manner. All items that incur a PRF will clearly display the PRF along with the item price and total price. Heatons will accept back free of charge (at the time of delivery or in store, within 30 days with proof of purchase) waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) from private households free of charge on a one-to-one basis as long as the WEEE is of equivalent type or has fulfilled the same function as the delivered equipment. Please contact Heatons Online Customer Services Team, at least 24 hours in advance if you would like a one for one waste electrical item(s) to be collected at the time of delivery at online@heatonsstores.com and 1890 209 309 ( Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm ). Waste portable batteries (<5kg) can also be brought back to any of our stores for recycling with no obligation to purchase. Civic Amenity Sites of which there are approximately 90+ located throughout the country also allow consumers to dispose of all old electronic equipment and waste batteries free of charge.
